The Cheltenham
An agreed amount is paid in advance by yourself. Once drinks to this value have been served, it's over to your guests to pay for their own drinks for the remainder of your event.
The Ascot
Throughout your event your guests are served drinks which are added to a tab upon order. The full tab is paid by yourself.
(A deposit is required in advance, this will be deducted from the final tab leaving the balance to be paid)
Each bar booking includes:
A minimum of 2 members of staff per bar
A fully stocked bar, including up to 5 seasonal cocktails
Ice and Garnishes
Recyclable cups, straws and napkins
Fruit infused drinking water
Bar dressing and decor
Disposal of waste created on board
Temporary Event Notice (if required)
Add-on Options
Sustainable drinkware - Glassware (where permitted), or a polycarbonate glassware alternative
Furniture - Glass topped rattan tables and cream stools, parasols and bases etc
Welcome drinks - Pre-paid drinks, readily available for your guests to enjoy upon arrival
Toast drinks - Perfect for a celebration where speeches are being made
Dinner drinks - To fulfil your drinks requirements where a meal is being served
Additional staffing - For events with 90+ guests, one additional member of staff per 45 guests is mandatory. For events with fewer than 90 guests, this is optional.
Extended service time - Each booking is based upon a minimum 6 hour service time. We're happy to serve for longer of course, an hourly rate will apply for subsequent hours
Fresh foliage - Gorgeously scented fresh greenery and flowers
